Refund Policy
At Vedahasta Solutions, we value the trust of our students and strive to provide the best possible learning experience. However, as part of our policy, we request all students to carefully read the terms related to fees and refunds before enrolling.
General Policy
Ø All course fees paid are non-refundable once the admission is confirmed and classes have commenced.
Ø Students are advised to review the course details, duration, and structure before making the payment.
Refunds Before Course Commencement
Ø If a student wishes to cancel their admission before the start of the course, they may apply for a refund.
Ø In such cases, a processing/administration fee (10–20% of the total fee) will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
No Refund After Course Start
Ø Once the course has started and classes have been attended, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, personal reasons, or discontinuation by the student.
📌 Course Change / Transfer
Ø Students may request to shift to another course of equal or higher value by paying the fee difference (if any).
Ø Course transfer is subject to approval and availability of seats.
📌 Online Payments
Ø For payments made via online methods (UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card), refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same source account used for payment.
📌 Institute’s Rights
Vedahasta Solutions reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our official website.
